Tourists can now drive until March 2, 2021

 

TOURISTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO DRIVE UNTIL MARCH 2

Good news for tourists! This week, MOPT (Department of Public Works and Transportation), announced that foreign nationals who arrived in Costa Rica between December 17th, 2019 and November 30th, 2020 will automatically have their driver licenses extended through March 2nd, 2021.
